Q: Can you arrange a pre-event visit to the venue?
A: Yes, if you would like to arrange a visit to the venue in question, we are happy to do this for you - just ask
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: When booking an event or paying deposits, Action Days Out accept all major credit cards (over the phone only), PayPal or cheque.
Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: Unfortunately cancellations at short notice (two weeks prior) will inccur a 50% cancellation fee. After two weeks prior to an event we can offer no refund to the customer, however it is most likely that we could perhaps offer you another date for your event.
