Breakfast Treasure Hunt, paintballing plus raft building challenge!

Briefing: Your group will receive a briefing by our administrators as to the format of the day. During this time your colleagues can help themselves to tea/coffee and Bacon roll.

Teaming Up: The group will be split in to teams Breakfast Treasure Hunt : Each team gets a map,compass,clues and coordinates. Using much of the forest, lakes and the safe area, each team needs to find a collection of objects. These objects once collected allow the group to make a small breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages and tomatoes). To complete the task each group needs to actually make a breakfast. Best time wins.

Paintballing : During your day you will play a number of paintball games. All various scenarios from ‘capture the flag’ style games to ‘attack and defend’ games. Semiautomatic paintball guns are use and all safety equipment provided. Games last approx 20-30 and are marshalled at all times to keep the scores. There are 10 minute breaks in between games to grab a drink or discuss tactics forthe next mission. Marshalls are at hand all day to assist you with the game tactics and to give mission briefings and objectives.

Raft Building : The aim of this exercise is to get each team member across the lake and around the island with the aid of a raft which they must build themselves with the materials provided. They must choose which materials to use before they begin and are encouraged to brain storm a plan before attempting to build the raft. Each team is briefed before the event as to the rules.This event is a great time & resource management exercise also promoting leadership, listening skills and trust.
