A BIG THANKS from the Action Days UK Team to those of you who have sent in your recommendations.
It was a fantastic day thank you. Everyone was tired at the end of the day, but at least there was plenty to talk about and we weren't so knackered we couldn't; enjoy ourselves in the evening. A few people even surprised themselves with how well they did with the assault course. It may be a while before they are ready to attempt something similar, but I shall be coming back to you if I have any influence! Thanks again, Dean.

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that we had a great day at boot camp on Wednesday. We have certainly been feeling it ever since, but it was the talk of team for the last part of last week. All the instructors were great (a bit mean) and the day certainly met our expectations. Ill try and convince the team to come back next year and do the red level - but I wont hold my breath. Saying that, there were lots of other great activities that would also be fun.
